I'm participating in a medical study run by a U.S. University and they have sent over ovulation kits. It is doing my head in!
There were no instructions in the box so I downloaded the manual. It says insert the test stick into the holder to activate the test and when you have a solid stick showing on the screen it is active. All I am getting is a star, smiley face, star and a symbol all flashing. Not sure if the holder is faulty. Anyone know? Otherwise I will have to investigate at a chemists. TIA.
