Mirena coil and chin acne

I've had a mirena coil inserted 6 months ago and the last few months I've had quite a few breakouts round my mouth and chin. The spots last ages and are sore.

Does anyone have any recommendations of a good face wash or anything else
I can try to help clear them up? I don't want to take the coil out as it's working fine otherwise. Thank you.

I have had these since getting the coil too. Every now and then I just get one huge one and it’s really sore. Thankfully never more than one at a time. No idea what to do about about then though, hopefully someone else had sone advice!
