….what other shows would you recommend on a similar vein?

I also liked Royal family, The office, Car share, Inbetweeners etc…

struggling to find something new, or old which is as good!

I'm re watching Ugly Betty on Disney. I haven't seen it since it was first released and I forgot how good it is. It's like watching it for the 1st time because I forget half of it. Very easy watching.

Lots of suggestions but This Way Up was also very good - not precisely a comedy as the protagonist is going through a tough time, but also very funny
