EVRI help sending a paid parcel & home collection?

Hi,

This is not a shop return this is a booked pid for collection FYI

Im sending a parcel within the UK, iv used their evri app to book a collection from my home

I got a confirmation email of collection, but i have no label to attach to the parcel.

Does anyone know if your meant to have a label with a barcode?

Yes you have to print your own label. The drivers do not print or provide labels at all. If you don't have the label with a barcode the driver can't take the parcel. With the confirmation email there should have been instructions on how to access and print it.

@Lizzt2007 argh, i thought this was the case. There is nothing on the confirmation email in terms of labels! Is there any other way to download a label?
