How on earth do you cancel with Virgin Media?

I have tried by phone, by chat? I have spent about 11 hours now waiting to speak/chat with people and it is going nowhere

My contract ends today, I have paid until 21st and I want out

Do I need to make a complaint?

@ssd aw thanks for asking healthwise I'm not great but everything else is lovely (job, house, FH, DD, Dcat)

DD is engaged and about to do her first one woman show at a nearby fringe! & my designs are selling well

Am having trouble cancelling my mother’s account. I’ve sent an email but haven’t had a reply. They’re a pain aren’t they?!

Formal complaint, then i whinged on twitter, then I had to fight to get it backdated

But congrats on dd, i remember your pictures of her dancing aged 9 i think she was, doesnt time fly!! Im fine, my boys are all grown up too and flying the nest, which i hate but am pleased for them! Aw that time is a bit changeable.....& you know they come back!!

DD has been here most of the day eating me out of house and home while her partner is on a long shift at work!
