Monthly charge on my CC that I haven't authorised?

Will be ringing my CC company as soon as I have actual phone reception but wonder if anyone can shed any light on why NOW TV are charging my CC £9.99 per month? (I am assuming it's NOW TV?)

I've not signed up with them, none of the kids have? I've not provided any CC details to them? Not got any emails from them?

Call now tv, they should have customer services open at this time. Could someone have signed up eg on your tablet you have credit card details saved on?

That is a now tv reference so someone has given them your card details so I’d check everything very carefully as your card may be open to fraud. I would really push the kids too.

the number is to help now tv identify the count so that might give some info, but not sure they would share it with you (GDPR).

They haven't gotten your details from thin air, so someone has signed up.

If your details are on eg a tablet or tv and someone has signed up for a free trial that's then expired, that would explain it.
