Taylor Swift Tickets

Hi, just wondering if anyone who has Taylor Swift tickets for the upcoming tour would mind sharing how much they cost? I have seen tickets for Edinburgh on Viagogo at about £600 each, it says this is the face value. If this is how much the tickets cost then I would consider it but I don't want to pay a vastly inflated resale price. Thanks for any info.

highly unlikely but do keep checking the official sites

Fantina · 07/01/2024 21:15

@Issyhi I paid more for my tickets in the gods than that when I got them. So resale ones are likely to be even more.

Hi. Not sure anyone can help however I’ve bought 2 x Taylor Swift tickets from ticketmaster for £600 each yesterday (must be resale?) and I regretted it within about 30 mins! They are the Liverpool VIP tickets for the Thursday night. Trouble is ticketmaster doesn’t allow me to sell or transfer them so looks like I’m stuck with them. Any advise anyone?

You should be able to transfer them closer to the time, but I gather they are only going to allow that a few days before the concerts to prevent touting. That’s what they have said for regular tickets anyway, not sure if the VIP rules are different?

Thank you. Yes I have had that once with a different gig I went to. Would be better than nothing but like you say not sure if VIP is different

To be honest, Ticketmaster comms regarding Taylor tickets have been a bit of an inconsistent shamble so if I was you I would give them a call and ask about selling them back. Their customer service phone team are usually very helpful.

Thank you. There isn’t a telephone number for ticketmaster. So I just have to wait for a reply on the chat but it has been 2 days without a reply now.

TheFlis · 09/03/2024 10:31

A few phone numbers come up if you google Ticketmaster customer services eg. 0333 321 9999. Have a look and try some of them?

£170 per ticket for seated at wembley

In case anyone’s still looking we’ve just listed 2 tickets for 15 June in Anfield that we can’t use as Ticketmaster resale tickets as we’ve booked a holiday for that week. Good lower seats ie not nosebleeds.

TravChief · 03/04/2024 11:18

Cripes sorry they’ve already gone. Can’t believe how quickly they went.

SuuzeeeQ · 06/05/2024 17:13

I keep looking for resale tickets and I think they sell within minutes. Please no contact from scammers now!

Swiftdaddy · 07/05/2024 21:54

I purchased two standing tickets for the Eras tour in Edinburgh so I could take my daughter. I didn’t realise she couldn’t stand so I now need to swap standing tickets for seated tickets. Can anyone help? Tickets are for the Friday night and I will transfer them.

Wazzzzzuuuuuuup · 07/05/2024 22:05

My Axs tickets are in for Wembley. I haven't received the Ticketmaster ones for Edinburgh yet. If you buy via Stubhub or Viagogo you will be insured against non receipt of your tickets. The gamble will be if the tickets are less good than the ones you thought you were buying, or if they don't get transferred by the seller you will get your money back but will be disappointed if you don't get to the gig. That's really what you need to be comfortable with

I saw lots of viagogo tickets for Paris concerts (those are this week) come with instant download. Does this mean they are the real ones that can be transferred from ticketmaster?

paris tickets are massively cheaper than Wembley atm. Considering an Easyjet flight 😂😬

iamsoshocked · 07/05/2024 23:39

yup.

DD spent £600 on VIP tickets for Wembley when the first round of tickets were released.

I think it's outrageous myself.

thaegumathteth · 07/05/2024 23:42

£160 each for seated edinburgh

@Wazzzzzuuuuuuup

Sorry to be a nuisance, but could you clarify what you mean when you say your tickets are in for Wembley ?

My daughter bought tickets for Wembley - June, AXS too, and the email at the time says the tickets will arrive a few days before the concert.

I could swear they arrived over a month ago, but my daughter tells me I dreamt the email with the qr code thingy attached.
( and she has searched all her emails just incase )

I have the app downloaded. My tickets are for the August dates so still ages away. I have qr codes for the tickets and an option to transfer or sell.

To a PP, When other selling sites are advertising instant downloads these will be the types of tickets. I've bought resale ticket master tix previously. The original purchaser gets an email to say you have purchased. You give the email your ticketmaster account is registered to and the seller can transfer them immediately. You should also be able to see the ticket type (seating or standing) and the row and seat number so you can confirm they are the same tickets advertised.

What I would NOT do is buy off some random on facebook

SuuzeeeQ · 08/05/2024 06:23

Thanks a lot.
no I won’t be buying of facebook! Thanks and enjoy the concerts

tabulahrasa · 08/05/2024 08:09

I wouldn’t buy from stubhub or viagogo either tbh, at least not until after the first U.K. date - because ok, your money is protected, but getting turned back at the entrance is not going to be fun and there’s a fairly high chance that’s what’s going to happen

do you think the viagogo tickets that say “instant download” are safe? A lot of Paris ones say that now.

I will try and get tickets on axs but worse case might have to try viagogo. But I feel optimistic there are 8 London dates after all!! (And a ton of Paris tickets are on sale now)

It’s not that the tickets themselves are dodgy, they may or may not be just like any other ticket resale I suppose.

But in the U.K. the only resales allowed are official ones, so AXS and ticketmaster, which may mean viagogo or stubhub ticket holders are refused entry - I’ve been at concerts where they did enforce that and people were turned away at the entrance.

i don’t know if that’s the case for Paris or not tbh
