I've just put a tent up and one person has sent me an offer.

Another person is messaging quite aggressively in my opinion asking me to set up PayPal so they can pay.

It's quite a lot of money to me and I don't want to get scammed and not receive the money.

What is the safest way for me to receive the money is it cash?

I've had two people message me now saying the same message.

Hope it's in good it's in good condition and my brother will come and pick it up.

This is a scam isn't it?

Yeah the 2nd one is a standard scam line, just block them and don't bother responding.
I put in my description cash on collection only, no couriers, no PayPal, no scammers or words to that effect.

Cash on collection, or if absolutely necessary bank transfer on the doorstep and they don’t leave until the money is in your account. But I only ever do cash on collection.

Right thank you very much. I've had three now! All sending their brother.

I will add cash on collection no couriers etc to my listing.

I read on here a while ago about some sort of scam I just couldn't remember what it was.

Never accept PayPal on a collection item. Don't accept a courier and always ask for cash on collection. If it's a lot of money you can buy one of those fake note pens quite cheaply.
