Taken wrong tablets

Argh. Any idea if this is ok?
I was meant to take my thyroid meds and painkillers, but I've taken my morning ones instead Confused
So I've had 20mg citalopram and 2 Zyrtec (which I took this morning too)
I know I'm ok with 4 Zyrtec in a day as I used to be on that but the citalopram means I've had 40mg...

40mg is max daily dose so you’re ok. If worried just don’t take your morning dose

I'm going to sleep well aren't I Blush as I've taken my evening ones too (painkillers and thyroid)

Phone 111 and ask to speak to the duty pharmacist. Probably not a problem but it will put your mind at rest.

I've doubled up on my antidepressants a few times. Sometimes within a few hrs of each other. No effects at all.

Yeah I'm avoiding that. I did this once about 5 years ago and managed to triple dose myself on paracetamol with a fever and not thinking straight
They quizzed me for ages about harming myself

I'd just skip the morning dose. Which you might sleep through anyway!

Thankfully antihistamines don't make me sleepy as I was on 4 a day for 20 years! Stuff to do tomorrow morning as well
