Outdoor upside down wellies rack - are they any good?

Does anyone have one? Is there any downsides? Do spiders set up home in the wellies?

I keep my wellies inside as I don't like putting cold wellies on!

I'd be worried more about slugs and snails than spiders.

Good idea in principle but would be worried about what had crawled in to nest.......

I would keep it in the utility room because it would probably blow away here....

We have them on the front of our house. Not yet found anything inside them and they’ve been out there for 2 years. There high enough up the wall so that there is a good 10” between the top of the welly (upside down ) and the floor

I shake mine out to get rid of spiders before putting them on. I have found my wellies have faded in the sunlight from being kept outside.

Id be worried about foxes nicking them.
This has happened to DHs boots before...

Do they feel damp inside?

I always wonder how you walk from the rack into the house!

Ours are at the side of the door so we take them off at the doorway and just lean over
