Ben wa balls for pelvic floor or other recommendations

Has anyone used these or anything else that strengthens the pelvic floor? I’m late 40s and having the occasional leak when sneezing etc. My mum’s had all sorts of issues so I want to avoid that.

You just need to do PFE, 4 times a day, every day.
Download the NHS squeezy app. It sends you reminders to your phone to do it. It prompts you to squeeze and hold for several rounds, then short squeezes for several rounds.
You will see improvements within a month. For full instructions on how to do them properly go to the gusset grippers site. She is a PF physio. You need to clench your anus as well as clench vaginally to do PFE effectively.
