We once rented a house and the owner kept a stuffed stag head in the garage, hung on the wall.....The eyes followed you around.

We went on a tour of a tiny historic house museum in Madison Georgia, the tour guide took us around the house telling stories of the former occupants.
The guide then produced a photo of an older man and a youth who was seated, and went on to tell us that the younger man was in fact dead in the photo and it was post-mortem photography circa post civil war.

I really had enjoyed the tour up to that point.
Seriously creeped me out.

Friend had a stuffed mink that had been dressed up like a king complete with red robe. One of its little glass eyes was hanging off.

I rented a house with friends not long after qualifying. There was a huge Italian glass vase thing on the dining table. We referred to it as the gynaecological problem and it spent most of the time in a cupboard “for safety”. Only appearing when we had people for dinner. We had bets every time to see who noticed it first.

I once viewed a house that had a full size 6ft tall clown sitting at the dining table.

And another one sitting in front of the mirror at the make up desk in the bedroom.

I thought I was going to die in that house.
