Will my dehumidifier still work

I bought a dehumifier on Amazon. After the order, I went back and read the details fully and it said this -

Suitable for use within temps above 10C.

I want to reduce mositure in a bedroom and maybe even use it to help dry clothes.

What temp does your house sit at? Above 10°c surely?

I forgot to add to this.

It's usually in the teens except for winter time, it can get cold and under 10 c in the winter.

Hopefully the dehumidifier will help to keep the room at a healthier temperature.
