Help Roku express not working!

Got new broadband and a roku to get TV

The roku doesn't work on the new broadband (but our phones do) or the old broadband

Is it just pants?

Or have I done something wrong

Bump for super techy help from someone? Anyone? DH is somewhat grumpy without his TV soaps!!

If DH is being grumpy about it then get him sort it out by calling Customer Service?

I insisted on downsizing because I'm not earning enough right now (he is retired and disabled so on a fixed income)

I have bought a 2nd hand Roku Express HD & I think I shoud have bought one that is a bit more man enough for the job!
