Which job title would you choose here?

I'm applying for a job on Indeed and it says introduce yourself with a relevant job title. I have done this exact job before so I could use Job Title A but it was 21 years ago and it isn't even on my CV because it was so long ago. I could also put job title B which is in a similar same category and I did less than 10 years ago or I could put my current job title C which is quite different from the job I'm applying to.

Which job title would you introduce yourself as?

P.S Apologies if this obvious but I'm autistic and what's obvious to others often isn't obvious for me. Plus I Tend to overthink things.

If it’s a teaching job, and you were an English teacher 20 years ago, tutor 10 years ago and now you’re a farmer, then introduce yourself saying “I am a qualified teacher with x years of experience.”

Some job experiences become a bit irrelevant with the passing of time (eg skills out of date), and some don’t.

In most circumstances I think it would be odd not to refer to your current job title.

Or you could say something like “former plumber aspiring to get back into plumbing.”
