Anyone used Creme of Nature Protein Treatment

I've got it on my hair right now, I've never used a protein treatment before but was recommended it.

My hair is mixed race loose curls
Has anyone used this or similar? It feels really sticky and I'm letting it naturally dry I don't have a hairdryer.

I like Creme of nature but I feel it’s not strong enough to deal with my daughters coarse hair
if it’s a wash out conditioner you should wash it out
