When do I give up on this delivery?

Expected time was between 12:14-6:15 so it's an hour late already. Really want to have a soak in the bath but I have no idea if it's going to turn up! It's a bloody tumble dryer too so not like they can hide the box somewhere!

No one is answering the phone - it it goes to voicemail! Left one but I don't expect to hear back. Geting fed up of waiting now!

What time to they actually do deliveries up until?
I once waited until 15 mins before the very latest time and the main helpline called me and told me the delivery driver had hurt his back so was now returning to the depot. I was fuming as they told me what area he was in now, and where he was returning from, it was miles and miles away. He’d obviously just run late and wanted to go home.

No idea - it's with a company I've never heard of before! They're called APC.

They delivered one freezer to me and dumped it at the end of my drive, then did the same with the replacement, in the rain also. Twats.

Yes, same company, I'd never had or heard of them before either and I won't be using them again.
I don't think they deliver this late though.

Had an email saying it'll be delivered tomorrow now which is really frustrating because I'm at work! Sounds like they're a rubbish company!
