Next clearance - what’s the point ?

I’ve just been on looking at cushions, all 3 I picked were sold out. This has happened before. What’s the point of it if it doesn’t work ?

Things sell out fast becasuse of the price. I've got some incredible deals that sold out a matter of minutes later! I agree though, as soon as it's gone, it shouldn't be visible.

What do you mean it doesn’t work? Things go into the sale, people buy them, so they often sell out quickly. I buy a lot of kids clothes in the Next sale and I’ve lost out on things before because I wasn’t quick enough. That’s sales for you.

Because the sale items aren’t there !

What do you mean they’re not there? They were there, someone’s bought them before you. They don’t disappear from the site once sold out.
