Mine is almost none existent. Could it be with more people using their 4G and 5G mobiles than usual weakening the signal?

We had a message to say that there’s some work going on with a transmitter on the Isle of Wight, so if you’re in the south, particularly along the coast, it could be that.

PinkyDinkyDoodle · 09/10/2023 22:48

Yes. And no it won’t be that!

Mothew · 09/10/2023 22:52

Yes, west mids here. I thought it was something to do with the weather?

spottedinthewilds · 09/10/2023 22:53

It's the high pressure apparently

Same here for the last couple of days ( Kent). I've lost my bbc radio as well.

Emmalin · 09/10/2023 23:01

Me too, and radio. Just read the article which explains it. Thanks @senua

That digital switchover really has been a roaring success all round. 😐

BigYellowBear · 09/10/2023 23:14

Ours was bad yesterday, I re-tuned the channels and its OK now.

justasoul · 09/10/2023 23:53

Same here (South Wales) - there have been complaints on our Facebook group too. The aerial guy said something about transmitters…
