WFH - recommend me a wireless headset please

I'm looking for a wireless headset that is great for phone calls and noise cancelling as I WFH.

Decent battery life as I'm spend 50% of my day on calls and I need it to stay connected via Bluetooth when someone calls me (my current is disconnecting)
I don't need it for teams etc, I work via my iPhone if that makes a difference.

Airpods 💯 I wander around when I'm on calls and can use them with my phone or laptop

I do have AirPods but they're not that comfortable. I will try them out for day and see how it goes.

You can’t have both … Bluetooth with limited battery or wired so no worries about running out of juice.

For wireless, I have Sony WH-1000XM3 and they’re brilliant.
