Can't deal with all the bitchyness in work

I have been in a new job for 6 weeks now and although I'm really enjoying working. The bitchyness between the staff is unreal theres some real miserable people also and it makes me feel super uncomfortable! Its a part of the job that I'm really not enjoying and I don't know how to deal with it.
Do you have this at your workplace? Is it just standard in all jobs? HOW DO I MANAGE IT?

I had a job like this once and just never returned after my maternity leave.

It was just so bitchy and cliquey which is not my vibe at all.

Always had that one queen bee at the centre of it all who everyone was scared to cross.

I don't get why people do this in work at all. You need to spend so much time together that people should be trying to achieve the opposite and make a nice environment.

I’m dealing with this right now and desperately want to leave. There’s a few rotten apples at the top, half the operations staff are threatening to leave, but no action is being taken. Maybe I’m wrong but there seems to be more and more of this happening these days.

I've had this the last yr.
So shocking as I came from a really friendly place.
I tried to be quiet to fit in and cheerful as I love working. It didn't work and got worse so I reported them and said why there was such a high staff turnover and why not be happy to the customers as they were aware of the gossip.
Yes there is A queen bee who everyone runs to.
I wasn't aware of this so treat her like everyone else.
I don't go to work to gossip or run other down.
