Really fancy having a murder mystery party, has anyone threw one and does it take much organizing?
How many did you invite?
Is it a bit cringe or did you find that your friends went along with it ok
Did you dress up, also do you have cue cards or do it from a board game??

Hints and tips would be very welcome 🤗

I did one a few years ago , it was one where you had a DVD and also guests had a booklet each to follow the plot/story . There were 8 of us . I decided to set it amongst a 3 course dinner . This , however meant I had to keep leaving the table to check on food, serve and prepare drinks etc which spoilt the flow of the 'game'. If I was to do it again I'd probably try and get someone who wasn't going to be playing to manage the food and drinks and maybe just stick to simpler food . Other than that , it was good . Guests got given a card beforehand explaining their character so they could prepare and dress accordingly.

Thanks @Xanadu58 I think the idea of someone running the show would be best than trying to host and play along.
Thank you for coming back to me 😊
