Not sure where to put this but I hope someone might be able to clarify 😊
Nearly two weeks ago I had a phone call asking if I was still interested in a flat that I thought I was 5th position on. It's in a perfect location for me and my kids, so they said as soon as they have checked the place then we can go view it.
However a week for so later I got a phone call from another housing association saying I'm top for another flat and did I want to view it. I said yes as I wasn't sure where in the queue I was for property 1.
So I rang the first property on Friday and asked for an update and she said the property is mine and it will not be offered to anyone until I have viewed it. I had already booked a viewing in for property 2 at that point for today.
I'm still going to look at property 2 but will they make me sign/decide if I want this property at the viewing?
I ideally want property 1 but am unsure when I will even view that property due to them only very recently getting the keys back.
