I'm seeing a rented flat on Wednesday. If I get it, I will have to pay 3 months and deposit upfront, I'm not sure the new landlord will give me a month's grace for notice on my current place. So that means I also have to give notice on my current flat. So a month paying for 2 flats. WAAAAGH!

I'm OK aside from that.

I'm so bored of calculating every penny that I spend to try and make the money last the month! I want to go for a coffee without worrying that I'm being wildly extravagant

I was horrified this month how much my flat -well, room in flat had gone up by! I admit it is Housing Trust so not quite as much as 'normal' rent I admit.
