I'm looking to upgrade my washing machine to a washer/dryer for the winter (I don't have space for a separate dryer), but need to find one that either uses a very low amount of water, or that drains slowly as the plumbing in my flat is very old and being a leasehold we can't do much to change our existing drainage situation.
Currently even with our existing washing machine we often get overflow in the trap that connects the washer to our drain due to the speed it pumps out water. So I am a bit worried about getting a new model and just having the same issue again.
I've tried having a good google but there doesn't seem to be any sites that share the specifications of the washing machines or washer/dryers' water outputs or draining process.
Has anyone had the same issue and managed to find a good appliance?
