I am racking my brains but can’t remember the name of this book I used to read to my eldest DS. It’s about a girl and ? a rabbit and they’re talking about what to get the girl’s mother for the birthday. I can only remember fragments.,The girl is asked what her mother likes and she replies that she likes various colours and the ? rabbit says you can’t give her red, something red maybe…she likes grapes….she doesn’t like birds in cages….
If anyone knows what the book is I’d be very grateful
