Pitch side attire

What does everyone wear during winter when pitch side? I've been told about dry robes, but they are so expensive - any reasonably priced alternatives?

Merino wool. Socks, long johns, vest, gloves, hat. I first discovered it in Finland. Life changing. Oh and sheepskin insoles for your boots.
