We all heard the stories, we saw, and we made our minds up and consigned women into the trash category... while the men? Well they all seemed to have got away with their behaviour because.. of course if it was offered to them on a plate wasn't it and naturally they were going to take it, because they are men aren't they?
I do not buy the Beckham story and nor do I buy the Clinton story, and do I think Jonny Depp is a sleaze ? You bet I do.
So it suits Beckham to tailor what happened, but it always takes two to make a good story happen and usually it is the man and his hired help to shut it and the poor offending 'tart' he did it with down in flames. And what is worse, especially with Beckham is his wife is on board as well !
I hope he never gets that knighthood he is so desperate for.

I think everyone sees Clinton and Depp as sleezeballs.

Not to much Beckham, but I don’t think people believe the whitewashing either. He’s probably put the knighthood back, if anything..

To be honest, when it comes to David Beckham, it's his and Victoria's marriage, I don't see why anyone's entitled to call a his wife a bad person for deciding to stay with her partner. Just because you might not stay with a partner after infidelity doesn't mean no one else should, or is daft for doing so - relationships function differently.

And having an affair is hardly in the same field as Depp who yes, I do believe was deeply abusive and should not be being allowed back into a Hollywood career as he is.

I think with Beckham what I find so distasteful is the rewriting of history, obviously there is an agenda here and part of that is to make him all squeaky clean again at the expense of anyone else
