What is the scam on FB

I'm trying to sell something. I have joined today just to get it sold. What's the scam of buyers asking for address and wanting to pay me by Bacs or PayPal. I've had two now. Both gone AWOL once I said cash only. It's £50 not £££. Posting for traffic sorry.

I think it’s that they send an email giving proof PayPal has been paid and you just have to wait for it to be processed into your account but the email, seemingly from PayPal, is fake.

It's the fact they can claim back the payment from their bank or PayPal. With cash they can't do that.
