Wall Pilates- any good?

PoptartPoptart · 08/10/2023 09:13

I keep seeing adverts for wall Pilates on my Instagram feed.
Thee seems to be lots of different ones - the 28 day wall Pilates challenge, wall Pilates for plus size beginners, etc.
The results look quite promising (but I’m aware that this could be exaggerated as a marketing tool).
Has anyone got any experience of using (and paying for) these apps?
Are they worth it or a waste of money?

No advice OP but I would also be interested in hearing about this

Do you currently do a lot of pilates? If not I would just start doing something like move with Nicole on YouTube for free tbh!

Currently also being spammed for this but while I assume that like yoga there are great poses that utilise a wall, to pitch it as ‘all wall’ sounds quite gimmicky.

Would love any suggestions for weighted pilates from anyone who knows!

or other YouTube pilates instructors.

I see those ads op!! They look incredible don't they.

I don't know if it works as well as the ads but pilates definitely works.

The thing is, I don’t have a lot of time (who does these days?!) and I’m generally completely knackered after I get home from work, so I’m looking for something fairly quick and easy that will deliver results.
Any more advice welcome!
