Treat for DH

I want to treat my husband and I was thinking of making a little spa night for us together, face masks, a nice meal and maybe a film. Does this sound silly?

Just asking for ideas on what else to do really, just want to make him feel loved.

Awww how nice!

Yes, if you think he would enjoy this then do it!

PunjabiGirl · 07/10/2023 21:49

I think he'd definitely love a movie together

Would he like that? If so, then yes, why not?

You know him better than us!
my dh would not entertain a face mask or spa type of anything and would prefer to do the cooking himself, we also don’t watch the same kind of things.
But you know your dh and if he would like it, why would it be silly?

I think I just get a bit shy at expressing my feelings, even though I know he'd never make fun of me

@PunjabiGirl
Really nice idea! Have a lovely evening x

I think it sounds lovely.

Maybe run him a bubble bath with a cold glass of something, have a towel on the radiator for him and lay out some comfy clothes. While he’s having a soak, maybe cook his favourite or order a takeaway. Choose a film you’d both enjoy, a few candles, one of those peel off face masks and a few drinks. Phones in a drawer.

Lovely idea. He's has a rough week so this might make him feel comforted. Thank you :-)
