First take everything out and check for any mould.

If it's not mould and is just mustiness wash it down with a soapy sponge, then fill a spray bottle with a water and bicarb mix and give it a thorough spritzing inside and out.

Once dry, leave a little bowl of bicarb powder in the wardrobe for a week to absorb any residual smells.

I would want to check the humidity in there. Wardrobes against outside walls can get damp due to condensation. If that’s what it is pull it away from the wall a few inches so the air can circulate behind it.

Thank you.
It's not against an out side wall but I am getting a meaco dehumidify tomorrow for that room because it all smells a little musty. But it does have a teen in it, all hours.
