I'm travelling down to the Lake District from Edinburgh next week with 2 DC (3 & 18mths). Can anyone recommend somewhere to stop enroute for them to burn off some energy? Maybe a soft play or something where we can grab a bite to eat and have a coffee whilst they play? The weather isn't forecast to be great so trying to avoid being outdoors. It's a 3.5hr drive so somewhere halfway(ish) would be ideal. I'm hoping they'll sleep in the car after our stop.
