Nice restaurant on/near Salford Quays?

We need to go to Salford Quays today, never been before.

It's our wedding anniversary so I want to have a nice late lunch, any recommendations?

I like both Pier Eight and The Alchemist. Friends on the sort of good you like and budget etc.

We like anything really and happy to spend a bit more if special or go somewhere cheap and cheerful if foods good

I also like the alchemist and would recommend.

There's not much choice there but I'd go to the alchemist, I've never had a bad meal or drink, crazy cocktail menu

Other than there I'd travel into town maybe
