Every couple of weeks I like to bake some homemade scones, buy some fresh strawberries and clotted cream and brew up a pot of tea with a delicate, dedicated teacup and saucer and read a paperback book.
I eat well most of the time so enjoy this so much, it always makes me feel weirdly centred and calm.
I also cut back on booze a while ago so only drink on rare occasions, so have got into having a nice Fever Tree tonic at the weekend with slices of fresh lime, frozen berries etc. There's something so satisfying about it, and it feels more pleasurable than gin now!
Other than that I practice yoga 5 days a week at home, alone (prefer this) and a bit of meditation.
Having eased myself back into reading 'real' books has been a true delight too, although I struggled to hold attention for a while (thanks internet).
