Nissan Elgrand or similar?

Does any one own one of these (or the Honda / Toyota equivalents)?
I’m looking at these as a bit of a multi-use vehicle, and wondered if any one could comment on the pros and cons, and any pitfalls to be aware of please?
I know they are all imports, but what practical difference does this make, if any?

thanks

We have one. It's great, really versatile.
Biggest problem we have is the the clock is hardwired to Japanese time, so we always have to add 3 or 4 hours. I can never remember which we are on, so I leave time telling to my eldest son, who nearly always gets it right.
Best thing about it is that we took out the middle seat on the front row of the back and we can now walk through the car.
I love it, best car we've ever had 😄

Oh, and we had it converted to autogas, so it isn't so expensive to run.

Thank you so much @birdling - that’s good to know.
