Does anyone know where I stand, if I'm not happy with building work and ask the builder not to come back?
I'm having my patio and garden path done, the first bricky was complaining that the boss (who drops them off and then goes away) owed him money. I was told I would have steps from the patio up to the lawn but there's only one step. The second bloke that came to lay the slabs said something about the first bloke cocking up regarding where the steps were going.
I was told that the path would be edged in the same bricks as the wall around the patio but they're a totally different colour.
I've parted with £4k already, I'm so disappointed.
