Is it possible to stop taking my combined contraceptive pill 4 days early (basically not take the last 4 pills) to bring my period on early and then start the next pack after a 7 day break?
I want to bring my period forward but don’t want to string two packs on as I get really bloated doing that.
I take them for HRT purposes and don’t need to worry about contraception.
Any ideas if it’s possible without any side effects?
