5yo old and constant colds

So we’ve been back at school 6 weeks and DC has had Covid and now two colds back to back…..we had years of this at nursery, when does it ever end.

Is there anything that works in terms of boosting their immune system??

we started taking vit d a few weeks when the days started getting shorter. And he took the vita baby Multivitamin liquid until he was 4 and it never seemed to make much difference.

Does he eat a good, varied diet with lots of fruit and veg ? Does he eat enough, get to bed at a reasonable time and sleep well ?

Has he had his flu vaccination ?

Handwashing and keeping them away from his face?
