I'm 44 and have been feeling pretty crap for the last few years after PND traumatic birth, looking after a hard work toddler with zero support, marriage problems, parent with Alzheimer's. More recently I've been really low due to perimenopause and general world is shit / pandemic - climate change / Brexit woes.
Among lots of steps like HRT, exercise, therapy etc I'm trying to tap into more things that make me laugh. It's tricky because I don't think I've belly laughed for years but I've started with things that I've laughed at before including "I'm Sorry I Haven't a Clue", "The Thick of It", and Bill Bryson books - random taste maybe!
So whilst it's a very subjective area, I'd be really interested in any recommendations for things that make you laugh out loud, such as tv shows / films, books, podcasts, books etc.
