Invisalign top tips

Got invisalign fitted today, and wow it feels weird. Took them out to eat dinner and feel like my teeth have moved already, my bite felt different... bonkers!

Anyway, anyone got any top tips to help me make it through? Does everyone stick to the rules, i.e. only drinking water, having a proper brush after eating etc?

@Gatekeeper I bet you are pleased! Brilliant progress!! I'm on tray 5. Beginning to sense some changes. I've been so lucky so far. Hardly any discomfort and despite having loads of attachments, no one seems to have noticed. I wish I'd done this sooner.

Did you have the metal things put in at the end? And also how much longer than what was anticipated? Were you with them in the end?

Yes, I've got metal clips on inside but also have night time retainers as a precaution. Took from October 2023 to March 25

Gosh! That was a while. I'm trying to manage my whole day around 20 hours and as someone likes a slow series of cups of coffee in the morning it's quite hard
