Eat Well For Less cookbooks?

This is a very long shot. Please does anyone have any of the Eat Well For Less cookbooks?
If so, would you consider them suitable for someone trying to lose weight?

They're not really aiming for that, more value for money family meals.

For weight loss you'd be better looking at Justine Pattison's Without The Calories series which gives lower calorie recipes for old favourites plus some new ideas.

You could try the Pinch of Nom books. Great recipes and ways of cutting calories without losing taste.

Thank you, I have a couple of PON books plus the Hairy Dieters.
The EWFL books just caught my eye because they were cheap in Aldi.
