Can’t find travel insurance documents - lazy to just pay for another policy?

I bought through moneysupermarket, they’ve told me it was Sainsburys Bank travel insurance and to contact them. The policy was £30 for two adults to Spain for a week, a package with Jet2. We go in a couple of weeks. I can’t find the documents nor can I seem to get through to Sainsburys on the live chat or telephone.

I am aware we are very vulnerable atm not having it. Should I persist, or would you just take out another policy? Not a great sign that they’re going to be good insurers if I can’t even get through to them with a query, tbh!

All Sainsburys financial products are issued in an online account not by email or post, have you tried logging in? I have my car insurance with them.

I have but it’s not on there. Only my previous trip from last year. Which is weird

If you have two or more insurance policies for the same thing then I believe there can be problems if you try to make a claim. Both insurers can say that the other should cover the claim and it cam end up so that neither will cover the claim.

Any insurance policies I have taken out I’ve always received by email.
