Swimwear for arthritic oldster?

Not sure whether this is the right place but I'm neither stylish or beautiful so... Anyway I'm mid 60s, arthritic and I swim three times a week. I'm still wearing my Speedo swimsuits from years ago (I used to swim competitively). I'm struggling to get in and out of them - particularly when everything is wet. Can anyone recommend swimwear that is easier to navigate? Thanks so much.

can you get a zip front suit, I'm sure Zoggs used to do one

I would echo the zip front idea. It may help to put a hair bobble through the zip to make a bigger loop to help with zip/arthritic fingers.

I have a rash vest and swim leggings. Lots on Amazon. Find it easier to get into a two piece.
