Would your 4 / 5 year old be ok watching the film Coco?

It's been suggested as a suitable Halloween film for a group of 4 / 5 year olds, and I seem to be the only one who thinks it might be too scary / upsetting for them.

I just wondered what others think. Would your children be ok watching it, or am I right in thinking it's going to leave quite a few children upset?

It's perfectly fine for kids of any age. My lo has seen it 3 or 4 times since he was 3. Mind you he's also seen The Nightmare Before Christmas, all the new Batman Movies and The Meg (he's 6) so he's not necessarily the best example of a movie not being scary.

It was my DDs favourite at about 2.5! It's gorgeous. She was too young for the emotional side of it and just loved the colours and the skeletons. Has me in tears every single time.
