Can you work from home but also choose the hours you work day to day?

Before i start looking for the job I have in my head, I want to check it actually exists.
I'm after a work from home job that is flexible with when the work is done, e.g as long as I put in 7 hours that day, could be the morning or evening.
Children are teens so it's not a childcare thing, but it'll nice to have the flexibility if needed to drop of/pick up from clubs etc...

I'm basically available all day, but "work" the hours I want to. So my lap top is fired up and phone is on by about 8am, then I'll have breakfast and do a bit of housework. Be working properly by 9am, probably go to yoga in my lunch break (when phone is off), might do a food shop on the way back (contactable) do another couple of hours, if the weather's nice spend a bit of time gardening, work until 6/7pm depending on how much I've got done/need to do.

So apart from my official lunch break I'm a available for more than my offical hours but I'm not working all of them.

I think you need to be careful going in with that expectation though. This kind of flexibility is earned and might not be a available from the beginning and some companies are much tighter and have the technology to monitor when you're actually sat at your screen.

My job with my local council (social housing) is 7-7 work hours so within reason I can choose my hours in these times Monday - Friday
It's great for school runs etc!
