Bringing a 110v phone to Britain. What converter does one need?

Most chargers nowadays are dual currency, so all you would need is the UK adapter plug so you can plug it into a UK wall outlet. Check the fine print on the charger and if it says something like Input: 110v - 240v you can use it in the UK without a converter (you'd just need the adaptor.)

The conversation from 110v or 240v to 5v happens in the plug. Assuming it’s charges from a USB lead then you just need to buy a mains to USB. Don’t cheap out on them.
