Idiot level trivial question - Ocado and delisted

Editing Ocado order and it's told me that an item I had in the original version has been delisted, and it's removed it.

It's never done that to me before - it's said not available and offered alternatives

Anyone know what this new version means? Permanently removed from the inventory? Or just a brusque way of saying it's out of stock?
(either way I'm surprised they've not tried to sell be an alternative!)

Delisted means they don't stock it any more.
Or not in your area anyway - it's possible it may be listed in another warehouse. What's the item?

Make sure it isn't because of sizing. They might have delisted Nescafe 250g but have it listed as Nescafe 200g.

Thanks. It looks like its a sizing issue

It's my preferred butter - I used to get the 500g, and that's what's gone. Only 2 brands now at that size, all others now at 250g or 200g.

That's happened to me on another site with my coffee - can only get the 454g not 227g on the subscription. Slightly irritating but I drink enough so it won't go off. But do check the per100g pricing.
