Help!
After a silly error, I have my right arm in a sling and limited movement in my left arm and hand.
For at least another 6 weeks.
I'm struggling to get my clothes on.
Has anyone broken their shoulder and rennet what they wore afterwards??
Do elasticated trousers work? I've never owned any!
