Can anyone tell what this mark is?

On my Bum. I get lots of random bruising from no injury but not found a cause as of yet. But this mark is more like a circle with two burn marks in it. So confused

Where is it on your body? And how big is it?
Possibly a spider bite.

It's high up on my bum almost on my hip.

I'd say the diameter is about 3cm.

Rivet on trouser pockets? Do you have a nickel allergy? I do - any metal products which have sustained skin contact (reverse of rivets, backs of jeans buttons) leave nasty marks or contact dermatitis.

Nope :( I only wear tights outside or pyjama bottoms inside. X

It looks like a smiley burn (aka clipper lighter burn).
Is that possible in any way? I can't imagine it would be possible on your bottom like, I'm just mentioning it as it looks exactly like one.

Just had to Google that (never smoked 🤣)
It's bigger than that but does look like it! I don't understand the perfect sphere along with the burns.

Just looked at some pics, looks like it could be that but I don't understand the sphere. Would have to be a big one though given the sizes of the bites.
I live in a high rise and have only ever seen one spider in 6 years x

I didn't notice it. My dd spotted it. (She's constantly finding bruises on me that I'm unaware of so kind of inspects me 😁" it was at night though

Nothing sticks out unfortunately. I was at home so was in pj's all day. It's the odd mix of the perfect circle plus the two "cigarette burns". I was hoping it would be some object I banged into (not that I recall doing so) but I can't think of anything.

Just on the phone to the GP practice as I'm wondering if it's linked to my bruising as I've had 5 new bruises come up.today x

I think it's a good idea to see your GP for a blood test if you keep brooding so easily. 5 new bruises on one day is a lot especially if you have not fallen over. No idea what caused the bruise in your post though.

It hurts if I apply pressure but similar to the bruising I only noticed as dd told me

@randoming, when you say 'not found a cause as of yet', have you already had basic blood count and clotting screens & they've come back normal?

Have you had a good look in your bed? Could it be something that has come loose in your mattress and you have laid on it all night?
Have you been out out recently and maybe caught it somewhere after a few drinks. Or visited a friends house and leaned against something hot on a kitchen surface.
New bruises and funny puncture wounds on a Monday morning suggest one hell of a night out on Saturday.
